SUSEGANA (Treviso) – Barista Attitude is preparing to launch its new jewel in the crown, the brand’s first single boiler machine designed to make the barista’s life easier. The name Pilot already holds a promise: to guide the professional through the storm, to excellent coffee extracted in an easy and intuitive way.

Inspired by the guidance of an experienced captain in a stormy sea, Pilot is perfect for those who are just starting out as baristas and want to operate a tool that is of the highest quality, but at the same time educational and easy to use.
Access to the main and technical menus is even easier, allowing you to control all the machine’s functions with a few simple gestures. Even the pre- infusion is easy to be set directly on the screen, with two options that can be set for each dose, for each group, and easily copied from one group to another.
A very useful solution for those who want to control extraction parameters easily and effectively.
Pilot is equipped with the Barista Attitude anti-shock steam wand, which provides great safety and easy control. In addition, the Super Dry system and the high ergonomics of the lances guarantee a perfect result for milk-based drinks, preserving taste and quality.
During the days of the fair, visitors will be able to admire its original look provided by its exclusive colour. They will also be able to embark on an authentic journey through the Barista Attitude philosophy and experience the thrill of testing the console on which great champions train, that of the Storm Race, the WBC official machine, in competition mode and with the exclusive customisation designed for the championship.
Alongside the Storm FRC and a numbered limited edition De Castelli Profile, various shows will be held to entertain the public and illustrate the characteristics of the machines.
