Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. announced that Pete Connick will join the Board of Directors effective at the Shareholders Meeting scheduled late July. The appointment is in response to NASDAQ Capital Markets requirement that Companies listed on the Exchange have a Board of Directors comprised by a majority of Independent members.
Mr. Connick has worked as a layer in the legal field for the past 34 years and has and continues to represent prestigious clients in the disciplines of Indian Law, Criminal law, Real Estate development, and civil litigation.
