Barry Callebaut, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, has recently announced that it has successfully closed the acquisition of D’Orsogna Dolciaria, a company based in San Vito Chietino, Italy.

D’Orsogna Dolciaria brings unique capabilities that will enable us to offer more value added to our Food Manufacturers and Gourmet customers, especially in the ice-cream and dairy market segments.”
The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details of the transaction.
