MILAN – Two brands, two Italian companies, two different worlds that come together. Faema, part of Gruppo Cimbali, will be collaborating for the first time with Basso Bikes.
The 60 th anniversary of the Faema E61 is cause for celebration, and a one-of-a-kind partnership with Basso Bikes for the realization of Faema branded bikes. The three Basso bikes branded Faema will have the flawless geometry of the Diamante frame with the elegant Faema paint job and built with Italian components make for the physical embodiment of the “made in Italy” concept…from top to bottom. Two will be displayed at the Group’s Flagship location in Milan and MUMAC (Gruppo Cimbali’s Corporate Museum). The third bike will be part of an auction taking place at HostMilano Fair in October. All the auction’s proceeds will go to World Bicycle Relief, an association that aims to support communities in developing nations all over the world, to help them create long-lasting, sustainable change and break the cycle of poverty through the use of bicycles.

In additions to donating all proceeds from the auction, the association will be hiring local residents for the assembly and the maintenance of the bikes donated. You have until the 26 th of October 2021 to donate to the cause.
