DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – Nestlé Professional is launching a bean-to-cup machine targeting the premium coffee market at Caterer Middle East: Food & Business Conference.

Taking place in Dubai on the 6th March 2018, the Conference will once again attracts more than 150 industry leaders and will be a one-stop source for the latest trends, innovations and analysis needed to succeed in today’s ever growing F&B market.

“The Nescafé Milano Bean to Cup Combi combines the richness and aroma of a bean to cup black coffee, with the speed, consistency and ease of great tasting soluble speciality drinks” said in an interview Nestlé Professional Middle East head of beverages Ahmad Popal.

“We aim to provide hotels and restaurateurs on-trend and sustainable solution that lets them delight their consumers in an operationally simple and profitable way. We will continue to engage with the industry to bring new products and solutions to market that will excite coffee consumers,” he added.

According to Popal, the hotel and F&B scene in UAE is rapidly evolving and new trends are catching on quickly. The company, he noted, is matching the trend developments with its products.

He said: “We are launching this year, for example, Nescafé Ispirazione Italiano, an Italian-inspired coffee that won blind taste tests in Italy.

“Coffee formats is another strong growth area. Iced coffee and cold brew coffees are good examples of this trend and this will continue with nitro coffee and other options. We are launching Nescafé Iced Coffee through our operationally efficient CoolPro system this year to support this trend. It will allow even more staff limited locations to play in the coffee category.”

Nestlé Professional Middle East will be supporting the Caterer Middle East: Food & Business Conference, and Popal commented: “The conference provides a great opportunity to engage with industry leaders and help support and shape the future of the hotel F&B leveraging Nestle’s global expertise.”
