The training was attended by new franchise owners composed of Khalid Al Otaibi, Manager, Mosaediah Gate Trading Est. from Jeddah; Bader and Khalid Hawary, owners of the Bader & Khalid Hawary Group from Riyadh.
The workshop featured important topics like operations, FOS system, Barista training, customer service, staff management, food safety & hygiene, sales management and POS. The sessions were facilitated by Sufyan Al Muhaisen, CEO & Founder, BIS Group and Enrico Barbera, CEO and Co-Founder of the Cafe Barbera Franchise (CBF); Dona Hurtado Rodriguez, Director of Operations, CBF; Elio Barbera, Chief Financial Officer, CBF and Enrico Barbera Jr., Brand and Marketing Director, CBF. The training also included how to use new marketing and advertising strategies, particularly the promotion of the new branch via social media and the use of the new Cafe Barbera App.
“We are very pleased at the successful results of the training we hosted for Cafe Barbera,” said Sufyan Al Muhaisen, CEO & Founder, BIS Group. “To help prepare the new outlets, the BIS Group is supporting CBF in providing the new franchise owners with the necessary training needed in setting up their new branch—from training their baristas to how to effectively market and promote their new store. As key partners to CBF and its franchisees, we remain fully committed in providing our expert services, which in turn, adds key value and helps greatly in keeping customers satisfied.”
“We would like to welcome Mosaediah Gate Trading Est. and Bader & Khalid Hawary Company to the Cafe Barbera family. Their presence not only demonstrates the continued popularity of Cafe Barbera but also affirms our leading position as a highly preferred coffee choice for coffee drinkers and enthusiasts in Saudi Arabia. We would also like to acknowledge the strong show of support given by the BIS Group in helping us train and certify these new franchises—leaving us with the assurance that the world-class quality services and products that Café Barbera is known for continues to thrive with each of these new branches,” concluded Enrico Barbera, CEO and Co-Founder, CBF.
