ZINGONIA DI VERDELLINO, Italy — Brasilia is returning to Trieste, the home of coffee. After the positive experience of 2016, the Bianchi Industry’s brand dedicated to the world of HoReCa will again be one of the key players at TriestEspresso (Hall 28 – Stand 09-07), the most important B2B fair for the entire coffee industry supply chain, scheduled from 25th to 27th October in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia capital.

An event which is constantly expanding, both in terms of exhibitors and visitors, during which Brasilia will present its offering not only to Italian consumers, but also to the increasingly flourishing market of Eastern Europe.

In addition to Gala and Rito, the product lines ideal for all bars wanting to offer a premium quality espresso, in the limelight will be the two new super-automatic machines with fresh milk, Moda and Festa.

With its small footprint (just 60 centimetres), Moda is the ideal tool for self-service environments in the hotel industry. With cutting-edge functionality, this machine ensures maximum freedom of choice thanks to the user interface with 10-inch touchscreen TFT LCD monitor, which allows you to select your favourite drinks from the customizable and intuitive menu in a few clicks.

Unveiled for the first time at Venditalia 2018, Festa features a design that captures attention while offering a wide range of high-quality drinks. Available in 7-inch Touch or Easy version with backlit membrane keyboard and 3.5-inch display, this solution uses the same technologies of coffee extraction as the Moda (variable chamber group), with one less coffee bean hopper (1 coffee bean hopper + 3 instant containers for Festa, 2 coffee bean hoppers + 3 instant containers for Moda). Both machines combined with the fresh milk module are ideal solutions to offer complete and tasty breakfasts.

As well as focussing on its products, in this ninth edition of TriestEspresso Brasilia also aims to raise awareness of the know-how and values ​​that have guided the company on its journey to date: innovation, technological research, quality, and of course – respecting the Italian tradition – the love of coffee.
