After being enjoyed at the HOST, Venditalia and Triestespresso trade fairs in 2016, it also made its mark at Sirha 2017 in Lyon that has just finished.
The reasons for these successes?
Firstly, the user interface that is tailored to all commercial and aesthetic needs, but above all the completeness of the technical solutions offered and a usability that is second to none.
Heat Technology
The heat technologies designed by Brasilia are some of the jewels in RITO’s crown. One of these is the Red Bolt system, which enables high temperature stability to be achieved and thus superlative blends to be brewed.
In addition to the Red Bolt system, there is the new B16 group with static pre-brewing and the traditional thermosyphon circuit, which enables the temperature to be regulated by a selector positioned on the exchanger.
Electronics
RITO is the first machine to use the new modular platform designed by Brasilia, which transforms mere use into a real user experience, and is one of the finest on the market.
Owing to the master card that can be updated by a USB key, accessories can be installed simply and fast and the machine programming can be updated at 4 levels – operator, manager, director, technician – in addition to the firmware and touchscreen graphics.
The platform can also be enhanced with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a telemetry system.
Easy Maintenance
User friendliness is at the heart of the RITO design. The machine enables the decorative parts to be removed really easily for rapid access to the inside. Also the layout of the components has been designed to simplify routine maintenance and the interior lighting facilitates any technical tasks.
