MILAN – Exports of green coffee from Brazil fell to 2.15 million bags in April, down 22 percent from a revised figure of 2.76 million bags in May, the national Council of Coffee Exporters (Cecafé) reported on Wednesday.
Shipments of Arabica plummeted to 2.09 million 60-kg bags, down 22 percent from the previous month. Exports of Robusta rose slightly to 59,214 up 0.5 percent from March.
