CHESTERFIELD, UK – The Brew-It Group has agreed with its manufacturing partners a strategy to provide both adequate UK stock and parts provision for 2019 and value protection in the form of a manufacturer price freeze across all brands for of 2019. (UK pricing may be subject to post Brexit forex volatility).

The Brew-It Group is a UK company that markets the interests of La Spaziale UK, FBT UK and DMA UK and was established to represent the very best of speciality coffee equipment for the UK Horeca market, under one banner, across various brands.

During these uncertain times, planning is already underway which will guarantee under any possible political outcome, continuity of supply for both equipment and parts of all our brands.

The Brew-It Group have already begun increasing UK stock holding, securing further warehousing capacity at our head office in Chesterfield. Each month since September this year, incremental stock and parts across all their brands has been accumulated, as part of a negotiated agreement with both EU and US manufacturers. This will continue until the end of the first quarter of next year. The situation will continue to be monitored and reviewed closely.

Steve Penk, Commercial Director explains:

“Whilst speaking with our customers and listening to their concerns over the potential

disruption to the supply chain a hard Brexit may bring, we have simultaneously been

conducting discussions with our manufacturing partners to find an amicable solution”.

The last week alone, has highlighted the lack of political certainty around any Brexit outcome with confusion and potential concerns around every corner. Without a crystal ball, all we can do and have started to do, is make provision for supporting our customers with strong seamless stock levels across all brands and spare parts holdings.

Our length of relationships with our manufacturers has certainly helped secure their valuable buy in to a strong and sustainable plan. The UK market is and remains key to their future activity.

Our strategy supports our UK hospitality group customers on two levels- firstly they have no need to stress over equipment availability in the UK, secondly with our planned price freeze they can forecast equipment and service costs with ongoing accuracy in their business.

In implementing these measures, hopefully we can support a British ‘business as usual’ mentality and drive growth in our sector no matter what happens’ For more information visit website www.brew-it-group.co.uk
