MILAN – BWT has been elected along with 49 other international companies to participate in the “50 Sustainability & Climate Leaders” initiative, hosted by Bloomberg, the worldwide leading business and finance network, and the United Nations.
This campaign uses inspiring documentary-style films to identify and celebrate the leading organizations and pioneers in their respective industries around the globe, who are recognizing the sustainable challenges we face on our planet.

Water is our elixir of life and one of the major challenges of the 21st century. Since its foundation in 1990 BWT’s mission is to ensure the highest level of safety, hygiene, health, and well-being in daily contact with water with economic and ecological water treatment technologies.
Around 5,000 employees work towards the goal of providing customers from private households, industry, commerce, hotels and municipalities with modern and sustainable treatment systems and service for drinking water, pharmaceutical and process water, heating water, boiler, cooling and air-conditioning water, and swimming pool water with optimum water quality for all areas of application – from the source to the leachate.
