MILAN, Italy – On the eve of Host, BWT water+more announces a special cooperation with Boram Um, 2023 World Barista Champion. Boram will represent BWT water+more worldwide as the new Water Ambassador, bringing knowledge about top level water filtration both at Um Coffee in his home country of Brasil, as well as around the world in his journeys and experiences.

As official sponsor of the Sca World Barista Championships 2022-2025, BWT water+more has immediately shown its expertise in providing consistent high quality water according to the specific Sca standards required for the barista competitions.
A task that has been well observed and appreciated by the many competitors with whom  BWT water+more worked in these first two years.
From Melbourne to Athens, BWT water+more was able to maintain the same exact standard of water provided, notwithstanding the change in location and different initial water composition.
With Boram, the feeling of mutual respect and admiration was immediate. His performance at WOC Athens in June was overwhelming and his proclamation as 2023 Champion further sparked our enthusiasm.
So it was only natural that the company began to work closer together to define some specific projects to bring to the world the best of the best in the coffee industry.

In this area, the official set-up of the WBC equipment has been recreated with the official coffee machine Tempesta, the Mythos grinder by Victoria Arduino, and of course, BWT perfect mineralized water obtained by the state of the art BWT bestaqua 14 ROC Coffee.
