RIMINI, Italy – At the upcoming Sigep exhibition – to be held in Rimini from January 20th to 24th – there will be a confirmation and a great return. In fact BWT water+more in addition to re-confirming its contribution as sponsor and technical supplier of the competition water for the national finals of the Barista, Latte Art and Coffee in Good Spirits categories, for the 2024 edition it will extend its sponsorship and the consequent supply of perfect water also to the Brewers, Ibrik, Cupping and Roasting competitions.

The sponsorship of the Austrian company is something between a deja-vu and the proper recognition of the research and development work it has carried out in its 15+ years of activity on the market.
If it is in fact true that, at the beginning of the history of SCA competitions in Italy, BWT water+more was the water supplier, it is also true that the Austrian company has endured enormous efforts in recent years to create systems that can be installed in bars and restaurants and that faithfully replicate Sca’s recipe for the perfect water for coffee, regardless of the location where the installation is carried out.

A curious fact related to the installation of water+more devices : the water generated by the systems supplied does not always have to generate only perfect coffee.
