MILAN, Italy – Reduce plastic waste, conserve raw materials, recycle discarded materials: BWT water+more takes ecological responsibility. At Host 2023 in Milan, the water optimizer’s sustainability activities will be a central theme of the exhibition. A special highlight will be the various BWT water dispensers with new water optimization technologies.
BWT at Host 2023
This not only makes plastic bottles superfluous, but also makes water a very individual pleasure. Also, on display in Hall 24P, Stand H11 H21 L12 L22: the innovative product portfolio for all HoRe-Ca applications in action, as well as a presentation of the BWT recycling process.

Fresh water at the point of sale
With its various BWT water dispensers, the international group offers flexible and environmentally friendly alternatives to water in plastic bottles. Their transport and storage, as well as disposal, are eliminated.
Thanks to the removal of impurities and the patented BWT magnesium technology, any local raw water becomes a taste experience – regardless of water hardness, pH value or mineral content.
The device is connected directly to the main water supply so that customers, guests or employees can conveniently tap fresh water – chilled, still, sparkling or hot.
The company product portfolio in action
Other highlights in Milan are the presentations of the filters in various application areas: As in previous years, a barista will provide visitors to the booth with coffee specialties – prepared at the ‘Stage of Champions‘, with the original equipment that is also used for the Barista World Championships.
The BWT bestaqua ROC Coffee, the unique reverse osmosis system with integrated BWT magnesium technology, will be there.
A bartender is also part of the trade fair team: with ice cubes made from perfectly prepared water, he serves cool drinks and cocktails.
Freshly baked goods from an oven equipped with a filter cartridge from BWT water+more complete the culinary offering.
In addition, a live dishwasher demonstrates the company’s expertise in the application area of dishwashing technology.
In addition to the installed filter systems, BWT water+more will be presenting its broad product portfolio of cartridges, reverse osmosis systems and softeners.
Professional filter recycling
In addition, the BWT recycling process can be clearly seen at the booth. Following the slogan “For You And Planet Blue”, the water optimizer has established a professional program that returns exhausted filter cartridges to the materials cycle.
At the booth, the water filtration specialists will explain exactly how up to 99 percent of the materials end up in the BWT recycling process.
