Coming soon: BWT bestbarista ROC Coffee
BWT water+more is presenting its latest development for optimising water at the WOC – BWT bestbarista ROC Coffee. “Our revolutionary technology per-fectly prepares even the most challenging local raw water for making coffee. Thanks to improved reverse osmosis and innovative desalination technology the water quality is optimised, ideally unlocking the aromas of the coffee,” explains Dr Neuhausen. The reinterpretation of the formula E=mc² as Evolution = mas-terbarista x coffeewater² underlines the groundbreaking character of this de-velopment, which is the result of many years of research and collaboration with partner baristas.
Quality and durability thanks to high-quality filter cartridges
Inline filter cartridges from BWT water+more enable great taste quality and protect coffee machines from long-term damage. BWT bestmax PREMIUM filter cartridges with integrated magnesium technology improve the sensory properties of the coffee water and prevent corrosion as well as the build-up of limescale and gypsum deposits.
“We have developed a range of efficient filter cartridges that can be adapted to every local situation and to consumers’ needs. The WOC in Busan will be a great opportunity to come together as a world coffee community and to discuss the latest technologies,” says Dr Neu-hausen.
