ANDOVER, MA U.S. – Café José Coffee Co., a Massachusetts based roaster of gourmet, fair trade coffee from Costa Rica, announces the launch of its Facebook Store in time for the holiday season. Until now, Café José sold its coffee in local grocery stores and coffee shops in eastern Massachusetts and southern New England.

Now, the company will offer free shipping on orders of coffee in packages of two or six bags to customers anywhere in the United States — at prices comparable to its existing channels.

Co-founder and President, Jozef Jaklovsky, noted with excitement, “We’re eager to take this first step into e-commerce – now customers around the U.S. can enjoy the delicious, bold taste of our fair trade coffee grown in Tarrazú, Costa Rica and roasted in New England.”

Café José’s founders fell in love with Costa Rica’s natural beauty, friendly people, and delicious coffee after a series of visits.

However, they missed the bold yet smooth flavor of Costa Rican Tarrazú coffee at home.

They created Café José Coffee to make fine quality, single origin coffees more accessible to New Englanders (and now all Americans) at affordable prices.

Café José imports 100% Arabica coffee beans exclusively and directly from farms and co-ops situated high in the mountains surrounding the Tarrazú valley in Costa Rica.

This region is one of the world’s greatest coffee growing areas owing to its rich, volcanic soil and cool, moist climate. They select the best, specialty grade beans from certified, fair trade growers and suppliers.

Since 2013, Café José has steadily attracted tens of thousands of coffee lovers to its bold yet smooth coffee through its uniquely appointed in-store tastings.

Local customers can find Café José in Market Basket, Hannaford, Big Y, as well as numerous local independent grocers, farms and coffee shops throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

Café José is excited to welcome customers from all over the United States seeking a delicious, fair trade Tarrazú coffee to warm up with during the holidays.
