AREZZO, Italy – What is #ilmomentoperfetto (tr. #theperfectmoment) for a good coffee? This is the hashtag chosen by Caffè Corsini, a leading company in the food market, to recount the passion for coffee, its defining feature since its very beginning, which happened in Arezzo in 1950.
The initiative, which consists in sharing everyone’s most precious moments around a cup of coffee, will be launched on the occasion of the 37th edition of Sigep Fair, which will take place in Rimini until january the 27th.
The initiative is connected to a competition, whose details will be unveiled over the next months on the official channels of the company and on the www.caffecorsini.it
This is just one of the many new features showcased by the company, directed by Patrick Hoffer (in the picture), ambassador of the quality of the Made in Italy in the world and present in the stores of more than 60 countries.
At its booth at Sigep, located in Hall01, Stand 165, it will be possible to taste, for free, the entire line of products, from those labeled Caffè Corsini to those of the Compagnia dell’Arabica brand, the first in Italy of its kind, dedicated to the most valuable single-origin.
There’s a product for each and every need, from coffee beans to the milled one, from pods and capsules, compatibles with the most popular brands, to the american coffee, barley, coffee coming from a biological agricolture, the ginseng scented one and the tea line.
All the coffees (among which we underline the valuable Guatemala – Huehuetenango and Ethiopia – Harenna, both Slow Food guaranteed) will be served on only in espresso form, but also with the pour over method, in order to obtain coffee infusions.
The “Steampunk” machine of the american brand Alpha Dominche (tr. “first of its kind”) which revolutionizes the world of brewing to create coffees and teas of extremely high quality, will be the protagonist.
The machine, utilizes an innovative infusion’s technique, very spectacular and extremely versatile, which is perfect to create coffees and teas of a peculiar taste. Thanks to it’s extreme versatility, the Steampunk can modify the temperature of the infusione from 60 to 100 Celsius degrees and may realize three infusions for every recipe.
The system works by pouring precise quantities of temperature controlled water over a bed of coffee, or tea, to later stimulate it with steam impulses and, in the end, extract it via a vacuum created with steam as well. It will be possible to obtain different prophiles thanks to the implementation of six different filter variations available for the Steampunk.
Moreover, Caffè Corsini will showcase at its booth, its entire new line of instruments for baristas which includes around 100 products of the Brewista, Hario and Acais brands, distributed in Italy by the company itself.
