The organic 100% Arabica blend coffee, sweet and aromatic, is rich in beneficial properties thanks to our traditional method of “slow roasting ” with a roasting time from 15 to 18 minutes, that allows sugars to caramelize without burning, and enhances the unmistakable aroma and taste of a truly good Italian espresso.
Without being subjected to interference from certain hazardous chemicals, our coffee takes on the full state of a 100% natural product, from the earth to the cup: a quality essential for many people, as evidenced by the steady growth of organic coffee consumption, a sign of growing awareness towards the future of the planet and people.
At the Italian trade fairs VENDITALIA in Milan and CIBUS in Parma, the company will officially present to the public this new blend.
