Researchers, students and experts in coffee-related disciplines can present their studies at the international conference “The Quality of Coffee: a never ending research” planned in Camerino (Italy) on Thursday November 30 and Friday, December 1 2017.
Papers will be published in “Pharmanutrition Functional Food” in a special edition dedicated to the conference. The abstract must be sent by September 30 using the form on the International Hub for Coffee Research and Innovation website .
The scientific committee of the conference
Professor Carlo Bicchi, Pharmaceutical Science & Technology Department, Turin University, Italy; Professor Sauro Vittori of the University of Camerino; Professor Chahan Yeretzian, School of Life Sciences and Facility Management, Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), Switzerland – will evaluate the proposals and formalise invitations to the conference.
Registration is open till October 1st. The conference is organised by the International Hub for Coffee Research and Innovation, set up in 2016 by Simonelli Group and Camerino University to support the entire global coffee chain in raising the professionalism and quality of the product.
