MONTVALE, N.J., U.S. — For stocking your kitchen or creating a gift basket for someone who loves and appreciates coffee, Capresso brings it all together with product pairings that deliver a better brew. Capresso’s recipe for coffee success includes the Infinity Plus Grinder and the EC Select Espresso Machine – along with premium coffee beans such as East Coast Blend or West Coast Blend.

It starts with freshly ground beans. The Infinity Plus Grinder features commercial-grade solid steel conical burrs with an advanced cutting design for high precision grinding. There are 16 clearly marked fineness settings, for extra fine, fine, regular and coarse. This versatile grinder offers precision grinding for every type of brewing method, including Turkish, espresso, drip coffee French press, pour-over and percolator.

The Infinity Plus Grinder has the slowest grinding speed in its class, creating less friction and heat buildup to maximize flavor and aroma. Cup selector can grind for 1 to 12 cups. Convenience features include a safety-lock system and removable upper burr for cleaning.

Full-bodied espresso is easy to brew with the EC Select from Capresso. Its stainless-steel lined ThermoBlock heating system has 15 bars of pressure for perfect high-pressure brewed espresso. The swivel frother has unlimited steam output for hot frothed milk for delicious cappuccinos and lattes.

Compact and stylish, the EC Select features a 40-oz. removable water tank with a large handle, for easy filling and cleaning. The self-locking filter holder with thumbguard is easy to use, and the dual-function filter can produce one or two rich, thick crema espressos at a time. The stainless steel drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. A built-in warming platform keeps cups at the ideal temperature for serving.

Match your coffee personality with your choice of the East Coast Blend or West Coast Blend of whole beans. Both are 100% Arabica coffee, micro roasted in small batches in Brooklyn, New York.

The lightly roasted East Coast Blend is smooth and mild, with an easy-to-drink, balanced flavor. Combining beans from Brazil Mogiana and Colombia Antioquia, it had tasting notes of milk chocolate, honey, brown sugar and light citrus.

The West Coast Blend is an espresso roast that is bold and smoky, with full-bodied flavor, a mix of beans from Colombia Huila and Colombia Antioquia. It features tasting notes of dark chocolate, nuts, tobacco and blackberry.
