MILAN – Following the recent acquisition of Elektra, Carimali SpA, a manufacturer of professional superautomatic espresso machines based in Chignolo d’Isola (Bergamo), has announced a joint venture, for a commercial and industrial partnership, with Slingshot.
Based in Morley, near Perth, Slingshot operates in the projecting and manufacturing of professional coffee grinders.
“The two brands will keep operating separately while leveraging on mutual strengths and competences: Carimali Group will directly operate Slingshot Europe while providing industrial support and product development to the Slingshot team” the companies said in a short press release.
The first results of this commercial partnership are expected to be seen at Host, in Fieramilano from October 18th to 22nd.
