CHIGNOLO D’ISOLA, Bergamo, Italy – Carimali begins the new year with its participation at Sigep, the International exhibition of gelato, pastry and coffee, which will take place in Rimini from January 21 to 25. For over forty years, since its first editions, Sigep has been recognized as one of the most important Foodservice exhibitions capable of providing a complete overview of all the news on the coffee market.

Carimali at Sigep
The key player of the exhibition will be Blue26 Power, the new arrival in the Blue26 range is designed to offer high-quality milk-based drinks and manage a wide menu.
Only 26 cm wide, it can dispense soluble products and fresh milk, without renouncing its small size. Like all the machines belonging to the Blue26 range, Blue26 and Blue26 Plus, it has an average production of 75 cups per day. Ideal for those venues like small offices, B&Bs and breakfast rooms that need a wide variety of beverages but have limited space.
In addition to the Blue26 Power, will be present Blue26 Plus. Both fully automatic machines are compact and equipped with an intuitive 7″ touch screen, which makes the interaction with the machine as easier as possible both from the user’s and technician’s perspective.
Both models stand out for their versatility, ease of use and drink quality, essential features for meeting the needs of an increasingly demanding clientele.
BlueDot Plus
In the Carimali exhibition space, it will also be possible to admire BlueDot Plus, one of the machines that best represents Carimali in Italy, and capable of renewing itself over the years, but remaining the perfect match between the excellence of the Horeca world and the typical ease of use of the OCS market. Created
to meet the quality and professionalism needs of the breakfast rooms of medium-sized hotels, it is capable of dispensing an average of 100 cups a day.
It is equipped with a 7” touch screen display, which makes it very easy to customize the recipes and helps the technician during installation or maintenance.
In addition to the Blue line dedicated to the OCS market, will be present some products of the Silver family, mainly dedicated to the horeca market.
SilverAce Plus
Visitors will be able to observe SilverAce Plus, the fully automatic machine designed for locations with average daily consumption of 200 cups and developed to make it the proper answer to the market’s demand for a wide and customized variety of beverages.
Thanks to the 4 transparent hoppers is possible to manage up to 5 products, 2 coffee blends, 2 powders, and the fresh milk.
It is also equipped with a high-resolution 10″ touch screen display. A new user-friendly interface with updated and customizable icons offers the user an easy and intuitive interaction with the machine and the possibility of high and easy customization.
One of the most important technical features of the SilverAce range is the brand new Espresso group, with a brewing chamber up to 20 gr, available to deliver long beverages marked by a significant amount of coffee.
CARIcream
SilverAce Plus is equipped with CARIcream, the new milk system to dispense the finest high quality hot and cold milk-based drinks. CARIcream is an important technological step forward for Carimali, which is determined to increase its quality standards to satisfy customer demands.
The spotlight is also on SilverTwin, another model in the Silver line, which is mainly dedicated to the horeca world.
SilverTwin is equipped with CARIbrew, and it is perfect for breakfast services, lounges, and offices.
CARIcare
Like all Carimali fully automatic machines, CARIcare is also available for SilverTwin and SilverAce Plus. CARIcare is the telemetry system developed entirely by Carimali.
It allows real-time control of dispensing data, quick response in case of alarms, and remotely editing of all the machine parameters, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership. Furthermore, if the machine is connected to CARIcare, the end-user can also take advantage of touchless functionality that allows him to create, customize and select the drink using his device without touching the machine display.
Ample space will be dedicated to Bubble, one of the machines branded La Carimali most appreciated and recognized on the market, thanks to the sides and coffee groups’ original rounded shapes. A unique traditional, which is well suited to medium-sized coffee shops, kiosks and restaurants.
Among the features of Bubble, a 5 mechanical back-lit buttons to make the selection easy and immediate. Each group has 4 dosed selection buttons + 1 start/stop button used to customize the size of the drink. Bubble is available with 1, 2 and 3 groups, so it perfectly matches any environment.
