A versatile machine that can easily adapt to different environments and flexible to handle a wide variety of beverages. Blue26 range is recognizable by its compactness, which allows even those with limited space to have a reliable machine, easy to use and clean.
Two models are available: Blue26 and Blue26 Plus, designed for locations with an average production of 75 cups per day, ideal for small offices, B&Bs and breakfast rooms. The two coffee machines stand out for their user interface.

Blue26 has a TFT screen and 6 selection buttons. At the same time, Blue26 Plus is equipped with a 7″ touch screen display intuitive for the final user, which enhances the selection process and makes the delivery fast and simple.
Both models stand out for their ease of use and the drink quality, essential features for meeting the needs of increasingly international customers. Blue26 and Blue26 Plus are able to satisfy everyone’s needs: there are versions with 1 or 2 coffee beans and fresh milk or instant products. Depending on the version, the machine can be directly connected to water mains or with a 2l internal water tank.
A new video has been realized to illustrate all the features and potential of the range. Blue26 range is also fitted with cake crusher; another technology Carimali patented that allows increasing the waste bucket capacity by about 25%.
Like all the state-of-the-art Carimali fully automatic machines, Blue26 and Blue26 Plus models can also be connected to CARIcare. CARIcare is the IOT system entirely developed by Carimali, which allows real- time control of dispensing data, quick response in case of alarms, and remotely edit of all the machine parameters.
If the machine is connected to CARIcare, end-users can also take advantage of touchless functionality that allows them to create, customize and select their drink using their device without touching the machine display.
Different accessories can easily pair Blue26: a fridge, available in various models according to needs, cup warmers, and two practical base cabinets for positioning the machine where a counter is unavailable.
