CHIGNOLO D’ISOLA, Bergamo – Carimali next stop is The Milan Coffee Festival, from November 30 – December 2. Following last year’s debut, the second edition of the event will be held from November 30th to December 2nd at Superstudio Più, in via Tortona in Milan.

After the joint venture of last July, Carimali will be present with Singshot at The Milan Coffee Festival at Bugan Coffee Lab’s booth, a Micro-Roastery in Bergamo. A collaboration born from the love for the culture and quality of coffee.

A unique opportunity to try and discover Slingshot, a real revolution in the world of coffee grinders.

Easy to use, fast and able to provide a constant delivery, Slingshot contains in a single product the advantages of an on-demand coffee grinder and those of a volumetric, allowing baristas to choose the best mode suited to their needs.

Available with conical and flat burrs, Slingshot enhances the quality of all coffees, becoming the perfect grinder even for the most demanding coffee roasters.

The micrometric adjustment allows the grinding to be regulated in a simple and precise way while the mixing chamber guarantees a constant extraction, avoiding coffee waste.

The intuitive display shows, in addition to the residual life of the burrs, also the time elapsed since the last grinding, allowing an immediate control of the coffee freshness.

CarimaliThere will be three days of coffee tasting, workshops, barista performances and much more. Don’t miss the Latte Art competition, which will be held on Sunday 1 December from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

If you love coffee and you are curious to see in action Slingshot, The Milan Coffee Festival is the place to be!
