CHIGNOLO D’ISOLA, Italy – Italian coffee machines manufacturer Carimali announces Agnieszka Rojewska, winner of the World Barista Championship in 2018, as the Head of Coffee Education & Culture. Coffee Knowledge is a strategic pillar for Carimali, paramount to the achievement of objectives set in terms of applied research.
As an integral part of this strategy, Carimali has chosen to formalize this role, in addition to the creation of an Extraction & Sensory Analysis Lab – with related courses aiming to holistically build knowledge around these areas.
