CHIGNOLO D’ISOLA, Italy – Carimali is kicking off the 2024 trade fair calendar by attending Sigep, the significant international exhibition dedicated to the pastry, ice cream, bread making, and coffee industry. As per tradition, the event will be held in Rimini from the 20th to the 24th of January.
For several years, Sigep has been the venue for the Italian Barista and Coffee Championships finals, becoming a lighthouse for all the players in the coffee industry and a significant stage for manufacturers like Carimali, who have the opportunity to meet hospitality managers, roasters, and distributors from Italy and all over the world.

The Carimali team will be at stand 190 in pavilion D1 to showcase their latest coffee machines and technologies.

The booth will showcase Carimali’s latest models, including the SilverAce Power and Blue26 Power, and its best-selling machines, such as the BlueDot Plus and Armonia Ultra. Additionally, visitors will experience SilverTwin and the traditional machine Nimble.
The new entry in the SilverAce range, the Power model, is designed for locations with high consumption of up to 400 cups per day.
The new CARIcream milk system – which guarantees high-quality hot and cold milk-based beverages – and the possibility of using up to 5 products simultaneously – 2 coffee blends, 2 instant, and fresh milk – make it the ideal machine for convenience stores, lounges, and quick service restaurants. SilverAce and SilverAce Plus models enrich the range, designed for locations with an average consumption of 200 cups daily.
Blue26 Power instead completes the Blue26 range, offering multiple functionalities in just 26 cm of width. Thanks to a compact, modular design and unique practicality, it’s ideal for locations with average daily productivity of 75 drinks, such as small offices, B&Bs, and breakfast rooms. The 7″ touch screen and the CARImilk Plus guarantee great versatility in reduced dimensions.
SilverTwin will also be on the stand, a fully automatic coffee machine perfect for breakfast rooms, lounges, or offices where design and variety of drinks are fundamental requirements.
The range is completed with the SilverTwin Plus, which, thanks to two coffee groups, is the perfect solution for all large venues that prefer personalized blends and an optimal result in the cup.
Like the entire Silver family, the two models are equipped with a 10″ touch screen, which allows for easy and intuitive interaction and customization of the drink, and CARImilk Plus, the milk system that guarantees constant and efficient milk production with high-quality standards.
After its official debut in Europe during Host, Carimali will showcase at Sigep Nimble, the traditional machine developed by the Chinese branch that, in just a few months, has achieved great success in European markets. It is practical and easy to use, is equipped with a display and 5 convenient buttons, and boasts a very interesting quality/price ratio. Available in 1 and 2-group versions, it is designed for small coffee shops and restaurants.
