MARSEILLE, France – Charlotte Malaval (in the picture) wins again the “Championnats de France de Barista 2016″ in Marseille and she will represent her country during the World Barista Championship in Dublin next June. Sixth place in Seattle in 2015, we are very curious to discover her performance at the next WBC.
Something more about Charlotte? She is 24 years old and after graduating, she discovered the world of coffee and did her first barista workshop.
“It was like falling in love” she said during an interview “so I stopped my studies and all my other activities in order to be focused only on my new passion – coffee”.
