Chelsea’s new manager Maurizio Sarri has demanded his favourite food from Italy, including coffee, is shipped over to London as he settles into life at Chelsea, reports English daily The Sun.

Sarri began work as the new boss at Stamford Bridge this week after succeeding Antonio Conte.

But though London is one of the most cosmopolitan cities on the planet with a large Italian community, the 59-year-old fears missing out on his home comforts, says the paper.

The former Napoli manager is not a fan of English food and clearly has a lack of trust in finding his favourite delicacies.

So he has arranged for shipments of cheese, beef and even coffee to be packed up and sent to London for him to enjoy.

Sarri has already been tapping up new assistant Gianfranco Zola for advice on the best Italian restaurants and shops around West London.

But he is leaving nothing to chance when it comes to his coffee, with Caffe Kimbo his brand of choice.

The company were sleeve sponsors for Napoli last season, and Sarri has been hooked to the extent he is having a large batch sent over for him to drink at home and when at work.
