MILAN, Italy – Cimbali Group, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of professional espresso machines, and Visup, a company specialised in technological innovation, through its flagship brand Things5, are presenting a solution poised to transform how machines interact with users and provide substantial support for maintenance services and after-sales assistance.

At CES, Cimbali Group and Things5 will showcase this innovative technological solution using the fully -automatic coffee machine LaCimbali S30, demonstrating how the system provides technicians in the field with an immediate, practical tool that reduces machine intervention times and streamlines the management of more complex operations.

The synergy between the Group’s technical expertise and artificial intelligence has enabled the creation of an innovative tool that not only improves operational efficiency but also redefines after-sales support standards in the industry, marking the beginning of a future where AI becomes an integral part of coffee equipment.

Additionally, thanks to Genuin, a generative AI-powered digital assistant developed by Things5, LaCimbali S30 will offer visitors and enthusiasts at the fair with a highly personalised experience. The system will ensure the customisation of every preparation to match the user’s specific preferences, such as coffee intensity or personalised flavour profiles.

“The collaboration between Cimbali Group and Visup represents an evolutionary leap for the entire industry,” comments Edgardo Ferrero, Group Services Director of Cimbali Group. “By combining Cimbali Group’s expertise in professional coffee machines with Visup’s advanced technology development, this project demonstrates how digital innovation can unlock new possibilities, even in a traditional sector like coffee.”

The application of AI and connected technologies not only addresses market challenges but also elevates the experience for operators and consumers, ushering the entire industry into a new era.
