The M200 GT1
The LaCimbali Stand (Booth HP29) will be dedicated to the M200 GT1, sponsor of the SCA UK Barista Championship, alongside the new G50 grinder-doser.
The M200 is a top-of-the-line, innovative, and sustainable espresso machine, embodying elegance and craftsmanship Made in Italy.
Its advanced technology and superior quality ensure an excellent coffee. This machine reflects the Group’s commitment to producing sustainable machines. Thanks to various ergonomic solutions – such as the adjustable tray, inclined manual steam wands, and soft-touch materials – the M200 becomes an extension of the barista’s skill, enhancing the direct customer relationship.

The M40
One of the highlights of LaCimbali at the London Coffee Festival is the new M40 machine, combining ergonomics and safety with cutting-edge technology and automatic functions. Paired with high-quality design, the machine excels in energy efficiency and features new thermal technology for long-term high-quality coffee.
The machine will be presented alongside the Elective grinder-doser, ensuring perfect coffee grinding through communication and interconnection.
This year, Cimbali Group will be hosting a “Latte Art Throwdown” at the LaCimbali stand, highlighting the innovative M40 machine while showcasing the exceptional talent of baristas. In addition to traditional machines, the stand features super-automatic machines: for the “Not Only Coffee Business” segment, Cimbali Group presents LaCimbali S15 and LaCimbali S-Lite, designed for convenience stores, small offices, hotels, and B&Bs. The S60
Cimbali Group’s offer for the Chains segment provides ideal solutions for large chains seeking consistent excellence in the coffee experience. Faema
The Faema Stand (Booth G49) will feature the Faema President, Faema E71E, Faema E71 Touch models, as well as the Groundbreaker grinders.
Faemina will also be present in the home bar space of the Coffee Masters competition, offering the opportunity to try the machine outside competition times.
The space will host various demonstrations by Caravan Roaster, Wolfox Roaster, Bean Coffee Roaster, Perky Blenders Roaster, Notes Roaster, and Redemption Roaster.
The Faema Machine President GTI will sponsor the Coffee Masters, where 16 baristas will compete in seven different coffee preparation tasks using the Faema GTI President. The Faema Touch and March home/prosumer coffee grinder will be awarded to the winner.

With the Art.In.Coffee IoT service, all operating parameters are remotely monitored.
