PARIS – Cimbali Group, leader in coffee machine production and design is excited to announce its return to the Paris Coffee Show. Now in its fourth year, the event, hosted by Collectif Café, will run from September 9th to the 11th at Parc Floral De Paris. Cimbali Group will be presenting several of their newest machines at the show including Faema E71E Vivaio 2GR, Slayer EP 2GR, and Slayer Espresso SG to baristas, roasters, and coffee lovers.

Faemina, the ideal machine for at home use and small business, will be sponsoring the Village of Roasters with 27 machines available for attendees to experience firsthand.
Throughout the show, both Faema and Slayer will work in collaboration with roasters and coffee shops from around the world, offering engaging workshops and captivating demonstrations.
Notable events throughout the show include the “Best Blend France 2023” where Faema’s E71E machine will be used to help determine which roasted coffee makes the best espresso.
On Sunday, Slayer ambassador, Dimitri Grodwohl, will be discussing The Keys to a Perfect Espresso, Synergy Between Roasting, and Professional Equipment and Espresso Extractions. For a detailed overview of the activities please see the enclosed overview.
