BINASCO, Italy – Cimbali Group, with its new identity and new business approach, offers a diversified range of products and services across different segments. Following the successful launch of the corporate rebranding on the HOST stage in Milan, Cimbali Group is now also presenting its new Group identity in Amsterdan with its LaCimbali and Slayer brands
Cimbali Group at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival
The event celebrates Amsterdam’s vibrant coffee scene, hosting Europe’s best baristas and allowing experts, workers and industry professionals to experience the latest trends in a dynamic atmosphere full of art and music. The coffee festival will be an opportunity to discover the Group’s products, services and solutions within a dynamic and international context
At the LaCimbali stand, LaCimbali is offering a line of ideal solutions in the Chains segment for large chains seeking consistent excellence in the coffee experience. One of the stand-out products in this category, LaCimbali S30 is perfect for quick-service restaurants (QSR) because it ensures high performance – 300 cups per day – while always guaranteeing the best LaCimbali quality in the cup. It is designed to provide a wide and varied offer to satisfy every taste: it can deliver hot or cold frothed milk recipes and, thanks to the HQ Milk technology, it produces milk foam with excellent consistency. The machine can also be remotely controlled via two-way telemetry and the Cup4You app.
Ideal for office break rooms, bakeries, hotel breakfasts and other self-service environments, LaCimbali S20 is also on the stand, a flexible and intelligent machine with advanced two-way telemetry and a remote control feature that allows simple and highly flexible menu selection with milk, coffee and chocolate drinks and fresh or powdered milk solutions.
For the Not Only Coffee segment, Cimbali Group presents LaCimbali S-Lite, a fully automatic machine designed for convenience stores, small offices, hotels and B&Bs. This machine is designed for users who may not have the expertise of a professional bartender and are seeking ease of use, easy maintenance, and a “self-service” approach.
In addition, it will be possible to view cashless payment solutions: particularly with S-Lite and S20, payment is quick and easy thanks to Nayax’s integrated digital payments device.
A number of roasters including Manhattan coffee roaster, Meetlab coffee and Giraffe Coffee will be on the LaCimbali booth.
The Slayer brand also has its own exhibition space dedicated to iconic American-made products including Slayer Espresso Single Group, a true must-have for high-end coffee shops thanks to its sophisticated design, intuitive interface and exclusive technical solutions.
As part of the event, Slayer will also sponsor The Roast Masters format: the competition, which focuses on the art of roasting speciality coffees and is reserved for the best international roasters, will feature 20 roasters who will compete, in teams of four, in fast-paced knockout head-to-head competitions. The candidates will compete in eight disciplines – The Espresso Presentation, The Cupping Table, The Espresso Smackdown, The Order Challenge, The Latte Art Showdown, The Brew Face-Off, The Signature Drink and The Espresso Blend – which will be examined by a panel of experts.
During the competition, participants will have access to four Slayer Steam LP espresso machines – the perfect machine for the competition because it provides incredible control and precision with its programmable pre-infusion and repeatability features – and four MD5000 grinder-dosers, Faema’s new grinder-doser designed to simplify daily operations. Fast, reliable and accurate, it is equipped with titanium nitride grinders and a self-adjusting dose system that ensure the necessary consistency and precision to cope with heavy use during peak hours.
Here the schedule for the roasters who will take turns at the Slayer stand.
