Applications are now open for CMx Italy, the very first regional heat of Coffee Masters. The three-day competition will showcase each barista’s coffee knowledge, skill, talent and showmanship through thrilling head-to-head battles, judged by a panel of industry figureheads.
CMx™ Italy will debut during the inaugural Milan Coffee Festival and is organized by Allegra Events; the team behind the London, Amsterdam, Los Angeles and New York Coffee Festivals.
CMx™ Italy will see 16 of the nation’s best baristas compete in an unprecedented head to head battle, to win the coveted title of Italian champion CMx™.
The fun and high-tension competition will test baristas in 7 different disciplines, from cupping and latte art to producing a signature drink inspired by Milan.
With a € 1,000 prize and a coveted place at Coffee Masters, London 2019 up for grabs, there is everything to play for.
