BONN, Germany – In partnership with the Committee on Sustainability Assessment (COSA) and the Rainforest Alliance, the Global Coffee Platform (GCP) has been working towards facilitating measurement and the alignment of science-based indicators and metrics through the Coffee Data Project.

Our shared goals include improving the sector’s ability to identify and measure best practices in sustainability, enabling more effective sustainability investments and communication of impact and results.

During the past year, an international expert group reviewed the concept and utility of 15 key coffee sustainability indicators which had been previously and jointly identified by members and partners of the Sustainable Coffee Challenge and the GCP.

You had been invited to share your views on these key indicators – now made operational – by taking a brief survey that included questions on how they can add value to your business.

The results from this global survey will be presented in this interactive discussion webinar with eminent coffee sustainability thought leaders.

Speakers:

  • Daniele Giovannucci, President, COSA
  • Annette Pensel, Executive Director, Global Coffee Platform
  • Marcelo Burity, Nestlé Head of Green Coffee
  • Kendra Levine, McDonald’s North America Sustainability Manager
  • Leading producer organization from Brazil or Colombia
