MILAN – INTERGASTRA, one of the most important international trade fairs in Europe for the gastronomy and hotel industry, opened on Saturday to last until Tuesday. The event presents itself on a surface area of 100.000 m² in all the halls at Messe Stuttgart, and with around 1,300 exhibitors is one of the largest meeting point for the industry in Germany.
Every two years, almost 90,000 trade visitors obtain information on the main areas of food/kitchens, equipment/ambience, beverages, hotels, coffee and ice cream.
The must-attend event for the hospitality sector presents novelties and provides many opportunities for the exchange of ideas between specialists, and allows all those attending to have a look beyond the horizon.
