PARIS, France – Paris becomes once again the capital of exceptional coffees, the 9th “Coffees Roasted at Origin” International contest – AVPA-Paris 2023. Great coffee producers achieve excellence by becoming their own processors of their harvests in the same way of French winemakers, Italian olive growers or Chinese tea growers for example.
It is these passionate producers/roasters who make all the interest of the AVPA International Competition of Originally Roasted Coffees.
Exceptional terroirs can be located in Brazil, Colombia, Ivory Coast, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Hawaii, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Uganda, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Togo, or Vietnam… No matter where, as long as we find excellence!
This year the jury will meet in Paris in June, in order to give every chance to countries with early harvests and to give the winners the opportunity to find Paris in a summer climate.
A jury composed of coffee professionals and taste enthusiasts, who strive to recognize the best in each of the seven families that cover the world of coffee.
Some new features of this year’s “Coffees Roasted at Origin International contest AVPA-Paris 2023”:
- Registrations forms are done directly online
- The registration and samples delivered in Paris before May 20th, 2023
- The awards ceremony will take place at the end of June.
