HB Reavis is pleased to welcome new tenant Costa Coffee, the popular international franchise managed by CHI Polska, to Konstruktorska Business Center, its flagship asset in Warsaw.
Costa Coffee’s arrival in mid-June has further broadened the service offering at this HB Reavis-developed office building, situated in the heart of the business area of Mokotów district. Other existing food and beverage outlets include a ‘Gorąco Polecam Nowakowski’ bakery, a ‘Prima Catering’ restaurant and a ‘1 Minute’ store.
The newly opened Costa Coffee café is located on the ground floor, by the main reception, accessible from Konstruktorska street. It offers over a dozen interior seats and further seating just outside for customers to enjoy on a nice day.

Michał Nowak, Property & Expansion Director with CHI Poland, operator of Costa Coffee, added: – This year, we have focused on implementing a strategy of an even more dynamic growth of the company. As the rebranding is finalized, we are planning on opening 6 or 7 new cafés.
Potential locations include office buildings, commercial streets, shopping centres, train stations, and residential neighbourhoods. One of our new cafés will be located in Konstruktorska Business Center and we are confident that the employees of the prestigious Polish and international tenants will appreciate having Costa Coffee on site.

Konstruktorska Business Center is the first HB Reavis Group investment completed in Poland. Commissioned for use in March 2013, it offers 49,900 sq m of business space, now fully leased.
Tenants include prestigious Polish and international companies such as: Grupa PZU, Procter & Gamble, Grupa Żywiec, Otis, Carrier, MoneyGram, IMS Health, and Zdrofit.
Costa Coffee is the largest European coffee house chain and the second largest in the world. Established in 1971 in London, it currently operates over 3,000 venues across 33 countries.
The outlet at Konstruktorska 13 is its 51st café in Warsaw and 77th in Poland, which positions the brand as a leader of the Polish coffee house market.
