Coteca is known as the only tea industry trade fair in the German-speaking world. Leading tea houses and producers from Taiwan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Kenya and China exhibit new products and analyse international trends such as organic tea and tea drinking as a lifestyle. Meet Mrs T, who refines sweet and savoury delicacies with tea. To complete things at the trade fair, there are workshops on preparing matcha with a bowl and bamboo whisk, tea ceremony demonstrations and tea tastings.
