Coffee Tasting, the second best seller of the well-known coffee roasters, writers and coffee experts of Trieste, Franco and Mauro Bazzara, lands in China. The book (PICTURE) was published in 2010 and achieved resounding success: it was then reprinted in August 2012, it sold out again, and the 2nd edition is now on its way, to be presented at the World Barista Championship in Rimini, together with the long-awaited Chinese translation.

As early as 2012 the China Coffee Association Beijing showed their interest in the book, believing that its theme would be appealing to Chinese coffee lovers and experts, right when the black drink is conquering the country, making its way in a once tea-ruled world.
The Bazzara brothers wholeheartedly welcomed the proposal for a Chinese-Italian version of the book; despite the complexity of the project (translation issues, the approval of local authorities, etc..), unavoidable when mediating with two very different and far off cultures, the result is now a great satisfaction both for the authors and for the international sponsors like Gruppo Cimbali, Petroncini, ARC, Astoria CMA, Cogeco, Club House, Puly Caff, Sanremo and many more.
As the publisher confirms, the book is now exciting a great deal of interest in China, especially in the associations of the coffee sector, which have been ordering copies for their members.
