ROME, Italy – Dacatè S.r.l., the Roman roasting company that owns the Golden Brasil Coffee, Caffè Arditi Roma and Alunni Atelier del Caffè brands, will be present again at the Sigep Exhibition in Rimini, following the success of the previous edition, with the new coffee shop format inspired by the Alunni line and presenting a new range of products for the horeca sector.
Some of these are the result of new commercial collaborations such as with the Fralema, a leading company in the bar and restaurant sector for soluble products and for the preparation of hot and cold drinks, for which a new line of customized soluble products has been created branded.
Furthermore, a partnership was formed with the Libero Caffè company, specialized in the production of coffee with a low caffeine content, which includes the production of single-portion coffee in capsules and pods, both branded and customized.

The award-winning blends
At the stand will be served the blends winners of 11 Gold Medals from 2017 to today, skillfully prepared by the Italian champion Barista Caffetteria Elisa Molle.
Coffee Shop format – Alunni Atelier del Caffè
The new concept introduces a new contemporary style of coffee shop format: with the Coffee Atelier elegance and style are enhanced, for an offer to the final consumer where the product is made to measure, just like an item of clothing.
High-end ceramic cups, Murano glass trays and refined design are completed by a range of high-level coffees, such as the Ricetta Luigina blend, winner of three gold medals at the international coffee taster’s competition, made up of Specialty Coffee.
New capsule line I love Italian Espresso
A new style also for the line of Nespresso compatible capsules in handy cases of ten pieces, available in a compostable and aluminum version with names inspired by some of the most famous Italian cities: Roma, Venezia e Firenze, whose blends, made with different ratios of Arabica and Robusta, have been studied for the best yield in the cup, with the aim of recreating the true taste and aroma of Italian espresso.
