MILAN, Italy – Following the success of the last expedition to Sumatra in 2015, Dalla Corte announces the return of DC Campus — an immersive educational journey to live, learn and share coffee excellence. This educational adventure returns with a new destination to explore the beating heart of coffee culture, this time exploring the evocative backdrop of Costa Rica.
The return of the DC Campus by Dalla Corte
DC Campus is designed to deepen participants’ understanding of coffee culture and forge lasting connections within the industry. Set among the coffee plantations and vibrant communities of Costa Rica, this week-long adventure, scheduled for February 18-24, promises an unparalleled opportunity to live, learn, and share in the world of coffee.
Participants will have the unique chance to engage directly with local coffee farmers, gaining insight into their traditions, challenges, and innovations. From the intricacies of cultivation to the final stages of processing and retail, every aspect of the coffee journey will be explored in depth.
Venturing out to discover the rich tapestry of coffee culture in Costa Rica, DC Campus will embark on an unprecedented exploration, traversing four of the eight fascinating coffee regions: Central Valley, West Valley, Tarrazú, and Turrialba.
Renowned worldwide for their exceptional quality, Costa Rican coffee beans represent the pinnacle of excellence in the coffee industry. Among these regions, Tarrazú holds a special place, renowned for producing some of Costa Rica’s finest coffee beans. In particular, the area gained international fame with the start of Geisha coffee production in 2012.
As DC Campus embarks on its journey into the heart of Costa Rican coffee culture, Dalla Corte looks forward to fostering connections, inspire learning, and celebrate the rich heritage of coffee.
With an unwavering commitment to innovation and sustainability, Dalla Corte invites partners, enthusiasts, and professionals from across the globe to follow them in this remarkable adventure—a testament to the enduring allure and universal appeal of coffee.
