MILAN, Italy – Not just technology, there’s will also be a whole lot of coffee culture at the Dalla Corte booth at the upcoming World of Coffee. The espresso machine and coffee grinder manufacturer based in Milan has always been a great promoter of the rich culture and training there is around the coffee scene.

Also the selection of their baristas – Sca champions that have made coffee their life style – is not such an obvious choice for a company that develops technologies for espresso: in Dalla Corte it’s never been about the products themselves, everything has always revolved around the wider concept of coffee, from training, to different roasting and extraction techniques, and last but not least, the coffee bean as a raw material.
In fact, the coffee selections at the DC booth are all specialty grade blends and single origins (therefore, with a score of at least 80 points). Among these, at their booth it is possible to taste selections from the Italian Coffee Roasting Champion Davide Cobelli and of the recent winner of the Italian Barista Champion title at Sigep 2022, Matteo Pavoni.
June 23-25 on the Dalla Corte Zero, Icon, Mina and XT espresso machines there will be latte art demonstrations with the Latte Art world champion Michalis Karagiannis, roasting workshops with the Canadian barista champion Cole Torode and in-depth analysis on espresso flow profiling with Danilo Lodi.
And speaking of Dalla Corte’s handmade products of excellence, you can find the Icon – their newest espresso machine for coffeeshops and chains in the Ho.Re.Ca sector – both at the DC booth and at the SCA booth among the nominees for the Best New Product Award Sca 2022.
It will be a truly ICONic World of Coffee for Dalla Corte, it is possible to find them in hall 3, booth nr. R04.
