MILAN, Italy – It’s been a while since the last World of Coffee, but finally we won’t have to wait too long for the main coffee event in Europe. For Dalla Corte espresso it’s coming home, in fact, WOC will be held in Milan, DC’s hometown. This Italian manufacturer of commercial espresso machines just turned 20 and is already present worldwide with their state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders on demand.
From 23 to 25 June 2022 SCA brings back Europe’s largest specialty coffee trade show at MiCo Milano Convention Center, an opportunity to meet in person with coffee lovers from all over the world. As always, the DC booth is packed with expert baristas, great selections of specialty grade coffee and a non-stop series of workshops and demonstrations on their innovative espresso machines.

The newest addition to the Dalla Corte range of commercial espresso machines is Icon, presented at Host Milano last October.
The new Dalla Corte Icon meets the needs of businesses with a high staff turnover and busy peak hours, without sacrificing reliable results in the cup.
One of Icon’s main assets is the integration with the DC System, a network that connects GCS, MCS and OCS (respectively Grinder Control System, Milk Control System and Online Control System), a great helping hand for the barista, to provide impeccable results with minimal effort and make sure that the same quality of coffee is always being served throughout the day or in different branches.
Each component is designed for a modern, captivating look and an immediate intuition of all functions. The Dalla Corte family feeling has been totally renewed with geometric lines and a very distinctive faceted design that gives lightness to the machine’s structure.
Innovation, sustainability, creativity
An important part of Dalla Corte’s mission is to always #makeitbetter and do it sustainably through the technology of their espresso machines: Icon’s boiler and brewing units are completely independent from one another, allowing users to turn off the main boiler when not used or use a single group by switching off the other ones. This way, energy impact is significantly lower and so are operating costs.
Another important eco-friendly feature lies in the use of materials that come into contact with water, in fact Dalla Corte is the first-ever espresso machine manufacturer to use lead-free materials on all products.
Therefore, also the Icon doesn’t release any kind of heavy metals such as nickel, chromium or lead in your coffee.
Dalla Corte has announced that they want to make World of Coffee Iconic, visit World of Coffee and drop by their booth (H3/R04) to try an Iconic espresso.
