MILAN, Italy — The Milan Coffee Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year. A real celebration of coffee in all its facets, which will be held from the 30th November to the 2nd December at Spazio Pelota in Via Palermo, Milan.
People from all over the world wanting to see the latest innovations, trends and updates of a constantly evolving sector are expected at the event.
At the Milan Coffee Festival, Dalla Corte will be one of the protagonists, with a dynamic stand, which sees the new espresso machine XT and three grinders on demand Max at centre stage.
A place dedicated to tastings, together with a few Italian micro roasters who, for the occasion, will alternate at the booth by bringing their best mono origins and blends for you to try.
Thanks to the exclusive technology of flow profiling of the new XT machine, the coffees will be served using different flows in extraction, so as to underline all the different aromatic characteristics and new sensory notes.
One coffee, therefore, can conceal several profiles, all to be discovered with Coffee Pro Simone Guidi, who will guide the tasting sessions throughout the event.
Here are all the roasters who will alternate at Dalla Corte’s booth M05 during the Festival:
- Caffè Del Borgo – Friday afternoon
- His Majesty the Coffee – Saturday 10am – 3pm
- Nero Scuro Coffee Roasters – Saturday 4pm – 7pm
- Edo Quarta Specialty – Sunday 10am – 7pm
- La Sosta – Special coffee guest
