De’ Longhi Group appoints Guido Bernardinelli as CEO of the professional division, Lorenzo Carboni as CEO of La Marzocco, Stefano Barato as Eversys GM

TREVISO, Italy – The De’ Longhi S.p.A. Group further strengthens the governance and organizational structure in the professional coffee hub, created by the business combination between La Marzocco and Eversys, to fully exploit the companies’ potential in the premium market segments.

Guido Bernardinelli has been appointed CEO of the professional division with the aim of reinforcing the holding structure and ensuring strategic vision in the main business areas, such as planning, finance and control, human resources, legal and internal audit activities, in coordination with the Group’s corporate functions. This strengthening of the holding will also envisage the appointment of an Operations Officer to best exploit potential synergies between the companies.

Moreover, this reorganization assigned Lorenzo Carboni, Sales Director of La Marzocco since 2012, the role of CEO of La Marzocco, and Stefano Barato the leadership of Eversys with the role of General Manager.
