Both bring together rich chocolate and tangy raspberry for a perfectly balanced, sweet sip.
Don Francisco’s Neopolitan Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Don Francisco’s Chocolate Raspberry coffee, brewed
- 2 Tbsp melted dark chocolate
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tsp raspberry syrup
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- Ice cubes
Directions:
1. Brew 1 cup of Don Francisco’s Chocolate Raspberry coffee using your preferred method.
2. Pour hot coffee over melted dark chocolate until it fully dissolves and blends into the coffee. Let it cool.
3. Prepare the Cold Foam: In a separate container, froth the milk and raspberry syrup using a milk frother until it becomes foamy.
4. Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes.
5. Divide the sweetened condensed milk evenly between the two glasses. Using the back of a spoon, pour cooled chocolate coffee mixture into each glass. Top each with the raspberry cold foam. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Don Francisco’s Chocolate Raspberry Coffee
- 16 oz hot water
- Cream, to taste
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Raspberry sauce, for garnish
- Chocolate shaved, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Add 4 Tbsp of Don Francisco’s Chocolate Raspberry Coffee to a French press.
2. Pour 16 oz of hot water (just below boiling) over coffee grounds. Stir gently, place lid on, and let it steep for 4 minutes. Slowly press down the plunger to filter the coffee.
3. Pour freshly brewed Raspberry Chocolate Coffee into two mugs. Add desired amount of cream
4. Top each mug with whipped cream. Drizzle raspberry sauce over the whipped cream and garnish with a fresh raspberry and chocolate shavings.
