RIMINI – The activities of Don’t Freeze Our Smiles, the historic educational project in favour of friendship and the prevention of bullying that enables schools and artisan gelato parlours to join forces, will be brought together at Sigep.
In fact, the so-called “educational coffees” in gelato parlours are continuing, offering authentic opportunities for in-depth discussion between parents and teachers on the topic of learning to follow the rules.
The finishing touches have been put to the realization of the works with which they express the power of friendship, intended as a means for fighting bullying. All this has been done using various representative methods: from theatrical ones to video clips that tell how friendship, kindness, respect and dialogue can defeat abuse of power and bullying.
The pupils will present their works in the context of the workshop scheduled at Sigep (the International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee world, being held at Rimini exp centre from 20th to 24th January 2018 and organized by Italian Exhibition Group) and will give their parents a preview during the events being held on 2nd December (Franchini and Fermi junior schools), 7th December (Ospedaletto primary school) and 16th December (Franchini junior school).
Don’t Freeze our smiles is a project for the prevention of bullying supported by Sigep, MOCA, Rimini University Campus, the Francolini Foundation, artisan associations, 34 artisan gelato parlours and Rimini Municipality.
