The Nuova Simonelli exhibition stand at all major international fairs is increasingly open to developing coffee culture. Visitors to our stand are always our guests and we like to greet them with an event that will leave them with, not only a reminder of the visit, but also an opportunity for cultural growth by directly experiencing new technologies, through on-the-spot demonstrations.
At the World of Coffee in Dublin (23-25 June 2016) the ‘Coffee Guest’ Nuova Simonelli aims to enhance and promote specialty coffee culture. Thanks to roasters from various countries, visitors can participate in the ‘Taste your Temperatures’ project.
At the stand in H21, in a special area set up with a counter, an Aurelia II coffee machine and a Mythos One on-demand grinder, there will be roasters from around the world.
Johan & Nystrom (Sweden), Maruyama Coffee (Japan), Honey Coffee (Japan), Outman Coffee (China), The Cupping Room (China), CoffeeZone (Poland), CoffeePlanet (Dubai) and Bell Lane Coffee (Ireland) will take advantage of the possibilities offered by Nuova Simonelli T3 technology and offer samples of their coffee at different temperatures, set on three different coffee machine groups.
The visitors can enjoy the same type of coffee in three different cups, with each extracted at the temperature set on the delivery group.
Identifying the preferred cup indicates the ideal temperature for that particular coffee. This helps fully understand the potential of T3 technology, an acronym showing the ‘three-dimensionality of temperature’.
To unleash the maximum of their aromas, each type of coffee requires a different temperature. T3 technology meets the needs of baristas who use several coffees at the same time, extending the range of their locale to satisfy the different tastes of a discerning clientele for whom quality is important.
Nuova Simonelli machines with T3 technology let the barista set, with the utmost accuracy and flexibility three different temperature parameters, for steam, water infusion and for the dispensing unit. To instantly prepare doses, next to the Aurelia II , the roaster baristas at the Nuova Simonelli stand in Dublin will have a Mythos One on-demand.
The two machines are mutually integrated in a master plan to enhance their respective technologies.
The thermal stability of the coffee machine allows you to make the most of the coffee grinder’s capacity to deliver more consistent doses, by virtue of Clima Pro technology, which is also the result of Nuova Simonelli technology
