CANTON, Mass., U.S. — Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc, the parent company of two of the world’s most recognized brands, Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins, confirms that it has held preliminary discussions to be acquired by Inspire Brands. There is no certainty that any agreement will be reached. The Company will not comment further unless and until a transaction is agreed or discussions are terminated.
Founded in February 2018 with a vision to invigorate great brands and supercharge their long-term growth, Inspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 11,000 Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, SONIC Drive-In, Rusty Taco and Jimmy John’s locations worldwide.
