Silver sponsor of the Italian Barista Championship (Campionati italiani barista), DVG will honor the winners with a prestigious selection of professional accessories of its own production, displayed of its stand 187 in pavilion D1 as well. Associated with Sca Italy, DVG De Vecchi considers the suggestions from the world of baristas essential for conceiving, designing, and manufacturing ever more performing accessories and components.

The stand is immediately recognizable by its characteristic graphics, with a strong reference to the theme of sustainability, for which the company has embarked on an all-round path with the awareness that it is not possible to improve the quality of life without the concrete contribution of individuals and of the company to which they belong.
Among the main innovations DVG will present the new Minimo grouphead gasket. Compatible with all groups such as E61 and similar, it has been developed to help baristas in their everyday work.
Minimo in fact, thanks to its conformation, significantly reduces the force required to engage or release the portafilter from the group while maintaining the normal work rhythm and procedure.
The new Matrix shower screen, presented last year and now an accessory used by many coffee lovers, will also be shown to visitors during the special events scheduled at the stand on Saturday at 2.30pm and Sunday at 10.30am, as well as daily. Matrix with the special filter mesh made up of thousands of stainless-steel microspheres, allows a homogeneous distribution of the water on the coffee stick, allowing to obtain a more persistent cream and, at the same time, limiting the return of coffee particles towards the dispensing unit.
The new version of TechUp will be presented, the professional precision instrument designed, manufactured, and patented by DVG to accurately and repeatably measure the temperature and pressure of the water coming out of the dispensing unit of professional coffee machines, two fundamental parameters for the correct dispensing of the espresso. The new version is equipped with an additional mobile temperature probe, useful for taking measurements in other points of the machine or directly on the extracted coffee.

The new line of steam and hot water taps K31 series will also be presented: practical and compact, combined with the stainless-steel steam and water wands, they satisfy the recent demand of the domestic and prosumer market for machines that are increasingly “minimal” in their external appearance but with professional functionalities and refined aesthetics.
The novelties are completed by the portafilters for tea and herbal teas and the portafilters for capsule with perforating shower.
